We recently returned from Istanbul, where we stayed at the Beyazit Han Suites hotel. The location is close to Beyazit tram station. The conditions here were excellent: room 1 spacious and cleanliness in the room. Today I have an additional opportunity to emphasize the professional qualities, perseverance and responsibility that Mr. Mehmet shows daily in dealing with various difficulties. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

The room is clean and well equipped with refrigerator, stove for cooking, air conditioning, microwave, iron, all necessary kitchen appliances. The receptionist was very helpful and kind to us, our booking has issue (we book in the next month instead of this month), and we arrived at the hotel almost midnight and difficult to find other hotel, he has connected to other nearby hotel, and find a room for us in the first 2 days, as well as reserve for us a room on the last day without any additional charge. On the last day, he also allowed us to early check in on the last day since we have to check out from first hotel, as soon as the room at his hotel is available. Really appreciate his help! My 5* for all of this, we also noticed that the noise cancellation is a little not so good, but it’s not a big deal with us.

It was the best hotel I have ever been to. The bed was clean and smelled good. There were clean towels in the bathroom, they changed them every day and cleaned the room. The room had tefal, refrigerator, stove for cooking, air conditioning, microwave, iron, all necessary kitchen appliances. According to the reviews of other people, there should have been noise in the rooms, but we did not have it. The receptionist was very helpful and kind to us. I advise everyone and highly recommend!
