Our recent stay at this hotel, promoted as a 5-star establishment, turned out to be a mixed experience, feeling more akin to a 4-star hotel, particularly when compared to other 5-star hotels we visited in the Far East. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully designed, yet somewhat outdated. A significant issue was the thin walls and doors, which failed to adequately insulate the room, raising privacy issues and noise disturbances. This was exacerbated by neighbors who partied throughout the night, disrupting our sleep. However, the staff were quick to assist in moving us to a quieter room, which we greatly appreciated. The balcony offered a stunning view but was inadequately furnished with only a single chair, falling short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The space could be better utilized for enjoying a beer or snack. Staff performance varied greatly, from extremely helpful (kudos to the wonderful bellboy) to mostly indifferent. As younger guests, we sometimes felt unwelcome. On a positive note, the pool area was exceptionally beautiful and enjoyable. Nevertheless, the hotel could benefit from refurbishment and maintenance, including fresh paint and fixing issues like dripping faucets and doors that don't close properly. While we hoped for a more fulfilling experience, we did enjoy our stay overall. It just didn't meet our expectations.

Booked this on a whim because the pool looked unique and it was away from the beaches. It was a great choice in the end! Room was huge and spacious, with a balcony as well as a bathtub. They accommodated our late check-out request, plus the food was pretty good at the in-house restaurant. The pool was amazing, coupled with a great swim up bar. :) Would recommend 10/10

Rooms are spacious. Beds are enormous & very comfortable!!! Wow we slept so well!! King equivalent to 2 double beds. Pillow menu available. Food at restaurant & room service is excellent. Large, clean, new looking bath sheets in rooms that smell amazing! Large shower with 410ml shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Beach is about 8min walk. Pool is great with excellent bar service, the one big issue for us is that the pool is mostly shaded all day so tanning was not really happening sadly. Staff are all lovely & tours all pick up from here with no problem. Buffet Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options!

From the moment we arrived till the time we regretfully had to go home we were blown away by the amazing staff and facilities. My wife has a neurological condition which can make things difficult but the attentive staff didn’t everything to make our stay enjoyable. One example is my wife needs a straw to drink. After asking for a straw at the first breakfast I never needed to ask again. Each morning after a staff member brought a straw over as soon as we sat down without even asking. Amazing service. We stayed in a pool access room which was by far the best hotel room Ive stayed in after traveling overseas to over 15 countries. Complex, room, bedding, breakfast, room service, restaurant, pool and staff were all 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Location was great to all in Patong beach Can’t wait to be able to return again

The hotel claims to be 5 stars, but, alas, this is a very subjective assessment. The location is great, but the service leaves something to be desired. And yes, the electricity was cut off once. Is it like a 5-star hotel without electricity? A filled mini-bar will look like this (photo). The welcome fruits look like this (photo). The pool is great (photo). The breakfast is very good. The restoran’s service is very high.
