Stayed here and was really nice room. 24 security at the front so that’s good. They did a great job with room service. 1st floor rooms are a bit noisy with street sounds but that’s pretty much anywhere with CDMX, I imagine the higher floors are much more quiet

I will definitely stay here again on my next stay in Mexico City!!! The welcome at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean with a super size comfy bed. Nice strong shower and good sized TV. Our flight wasn’t until 10.30pm the following day and we were allowed to check out at 2pm to accommodate this time. This allowed a lovely chance to grab breakfast and walk to the castle… then shower before heading to the airport. Highly recommend to stay here too as it’s a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of great food choices. Thank you for a super stay!!!

Our room was massive, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel was excellent for us. And the staff always ask if the room is ok. The bed was very comfortable but the wifi is slow and unreliable (really the only downside of this property). The property has really no services other than a gym, but we didn’t need more. The price-value was great for exactly what we wanted.
