In the reforma area ,I stayed with my son for 3 nights ,before arriving I called to have a fridge in the room so we can buy Milk & drinks ,they said sure ,when arriving inform the receptionist,at check in I did that ,@3 pm ,my son & I went to dinner & a movie & there was no.fridge ,the next day befor.exploring cdmx i told the receptionist again ,she said " Dont worry ,we will have it there ,came back at night Not fridge ,plus there was a convention going on and the people in the halls where talking like if they where at home & it was 2 am

The only good thing is the location. Room advertised with "city views" has view to an inside courtyard and walls. Room floor had a significant slope, made me dizzy at first. To top it off, valet somehow scratched the a pillar of mi car. Avoid.

BED BUGS AND THE HOTEL IS AWARE!! VERY BAD MANAGEMENT STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! I woke up with numerous rashes and the hotel didn’t even refund me for the physical damage I had. I had to go back and forth with them just to get the refund for the night I haven’t even stayed here. The frontdesk personnel tried scamming me by trying not to pay me for the nights I haven’t stayed. They weren’t even apologetic+ they weren’t even surprised that they might have bedbugs and they didnt even try investigating- which makes it obvious that they were aware that the hotel has bedbugs. Make yourselves a favor and don’t ruin your trip or your time nor jeopardize your physical health like I did..
