It's small entrance, but big facilities. All crews are so friendly and kind including managers. Definitely I will recommend my friend and family to stay hear. 20 minutes walking distance to down town, post office. Also provided regular shuttles. Fee pick up at airport. I and Hannah have enjoyed and relaxed staying 3 nights here. Great breakfast and dutiful garden. Well maintained facilities. Thank you for all your services. From David and Hannah (USA/KOREA)

We had a 5 night stay here. The hotel has 2 pools and lovely gardens overlooking the river. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. There's a lovely open air terrace where you can enjoy drinks while the sun sets. The hotel is in a quiet street and a short walk across the old French bridge into the centre of town. The staff are delightful and happy to help and advise on how to get the most of your visit to Luang Prabang.

Had a great stay here. Very good value for money. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. Bed was a little bit squeaky. They did a turn down service every evening. Breakfast was very good, had a very nice omelette and good coffee. Staff were very helpful and friendly, offering to help whenever they could. Bikes available to borrow which was a lovely way to explore the town. Would recommend a stay here.

The hotel is beautiful; the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The service, on the other hand, was not so nice. They kept pushing on the services they offered and inflating the prices. One of the staff members (he's always during breakfast time) kept giving us high prices for services, prices were wrong. The woman at the desk was really lovely and corrected this prices. It just felt like the other guy was trying to rip us off all the time. He also disliked that we kept asking for coffee from the Expresso machine. The towels were really smelly. So, ask to get new ones. Overall, the place is nice and clean, but the constant pushing for services was annoying.
