Serious security issues. Location is all that’s going for it really! Room was large but basic . Unfortunately had a smell coming from the drains quite regularly and Shower was not always working. Worst point was when we returned to our room having been out for the day to find it unlocked with the doors wide open - anyone walking past on the street could have walked in. We had valuable electronics, cameras, laptops etc, and passports etc, that could have been taken very easily. Staff didn’t seem to understand that this was a serious issue and just shrugged it off. Apparently “it must have been the cleaner” - still a problem!! Housekeeping generally was all over the place - sometimes we had fresh towels and water bottles, other times not, and obviously they need to learn to lock up after themselves!! Can find much better for the price.

Bed was comfy, fridge in room, good hot water, aircon good, great location close to town and not noisy at night. Downside is the place needs maintenance and the receptionist is rarely around!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great with bars, restaurants and old town close by. Only problem is that it can get a bit loud in the evenings but that's not the hotel's fault. If you want a quiet night, maybe pick somewhere else. Overall, great value and I'd come back again.

This place is lovely, right next to a temple and close to the river. The room was very comfortable and well decorated, we also had a nice balcony. There is AC, fridge, night-tables, great bed, good breakfast, tea and coffee any time of the day. The stuff was very sweet, welcoming and helped us to rent a motorbike, get a bus to Nong Khiaw. There is also a laundry service. We definitely can recommend this place.
