The hotel is pleasant and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as it's close to interesting tourist spots. The tram is just a 5-minute walk away.

Hotel staff was super friendly! The place is kept clean, has wifi, free coffee/tea and the location is just perfect for tourists as transport is close and easy to access. An amazing bonus is the terrace that has a beautiful view of the Blue Mosque and the sea! We are so glad we picked this hotel and will come back.

+ Daily cleaning of rooms. + Terras view is amazing. + Transparantion can be arranged by hotel. - The hotel is located at a junction of main roads and restaurants, so forget sleeping at night because it is unbelievably busy with cars, trucks and buses till 3:00 am. Also you hear the people in the restaurants constantly. - Economy room means the basement and you don't want that room at all, not in the winter or the summer. - Check the bathroom before accepting the room. Some bathrooms smell bad. - The rooms are small in general with a small closet for 2 persons.

Hello, I had reservation at my holiday hotel in Istanbul from September 30 to October 4, when we arrived the host asked us to cancel the booking and he will do 5 $ discount, but I didn’t agree on that caz booking was more save for me. The room was not cleaned, the sink was dirty and I asked them to clean it up , they did it but in the evening when we went to sleep i saw that all the sheets and pillows were dirty and had smell, I asked the host to change it but he started shouting at me and even said that he will call the police if I don’t go to sleep and so on… i was even agreed on calling police but he didn’t do it. I wanted to check my booking but saw that he cancelled it without my agreement even i had already paid him all the money. I don’t know how he could do that but my booking was cancelled and he was telling me that I could go everywhere if I didn’t like the hotel, because of asking him the clean room. Unfortunately I can’t write review because he canceled my booking without my permission and even he took money from those rooms. fortunately I could take back other 3 days payment, but the host made me in very difficult situations. He was rude and the hotel was not clean at all. He just destroyed my holiday 😶
