Location : centrally located. 300m from chemberlitas station but the walk is steep. Rooms : small. The stairs are small and steep as well. Thin walls all around. Can hear people walking/talking. Elevator only from 1st floor to 5th floor. From ground level to 1st level had to carry luggage by yourself. From 5th floor to terrrace also the stairs are steep. Elevator is small. Can obly fit 2 person. If having big luggage, only 1 person Services : average. The breakfast is simple but filling. Not buffet styled. The view from terrace is terrific

My worst hotel experience ever was in this so called Sultanahmet hotel. The place is extremely dirty and the rooms are tiny. They do not even provide a complimentary water bottle. When we arrived we asked the receptionist for help with the bag and they asked us to do it ourselves as they didn't have anyone to help. The lift operates on the first floor not the ground floor, so we had to take the stairs carrying luggage for an entire floor. The receptionists are unwelcoming and extremely unhelpful and rude. They took back the extra pillow that we had asked for, taking it back when we weren't in the room. The bathroom door was not working so we had to use our luggage to close the door! The rooms were organised but not vacuumed. The breakfast was terrible and very poor. The entire hotel is so disgusting and unclean even the reception stairs. The worst ever and I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies.

the hotel is very close to the grand bazaar and camberlitas station , the room is small but comfortable . I stayed 3 days here and they cleaned my room every day. all the staff are friendly, especially the receptionist "Fuad". Thank you for helping us lift our suitcases .will stay again here if back to turkey 🥳

Absolutely terrible experience for the money you pay. We booked deluxe room which was small, destroyed and smelled bad. The tv was not working. The heating was not working as well.The air condition had only one option-20 degrees, hence was very cold during the night. The curtains was falling down as the certain rod was broken and we had to repair it.The breakfast was included in the price, however in the morning we were informed that the hotel is not able to serve breakfast, as the staff won't come at work this day. Avoid this hotel. They are so many hotels in Istanbul which have better conditions for this money.

Not a buffet for breakfast like it's advertised online but the same breakfast every single day. The room is not cleaned properly, some days it will not be cleaned at all. The shower was broken and nothing was done to fix it. Twice there were no water in the bathroom during the whole night until 9am the first time and 12pm the second time and we were not provided any water (we just got a bottle pf 1.5liters for 2 when i asked the 2nd time). One of the receptionist was very nice and friendly, contrary to the manager. We stayed there for a week and I would not recommend this hotel!
