One of the worst hotels in Istanbul We took the room, and it was dirty and small. The aircondition in it does not work and instead gave us a small air conditioner. The room was very hot in the summer. The floor of the toilet always wet. There is no hot water for take showers The net is very week. Between the beds, there's a moving bed. And the bed is not comfortable. There's no closet. They promised to change the room, but they didn't. I told the receptionist I'd write all this about their hotel if he didn't change the room and he didn't care.

Worst hotel I've ever been,they kept us in the lobby for 7 hours untill they cleaned a room.When we got to the room,it was all a mess,stained bed sheets,bad smell,floors cleaned with clorox to try to avoid the bad smell,walls we're moldy and destroyed, everything wass a mess,horror experience. Staff was not able to do normal stuff like cleaning a room and writing the check in papers,they don't deserve the 3 stars,more like 1 star.

Appaling. First night we got there they were unprepared despite us booking several months before. We were a group of 11 including several children under 10. As they were unprepared, on the first night we were sent to a house to stay in about 1hour away from where we were supposed to stay. The place we were sent to was scary and quite. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.
