The room was super quiet, just as it is in the photos, the only thing to clarify is that upon arrival they charged me 38€ extra, supposedly for commission, that was not said at the time of booking, if they had said it clearly I would have booked a room that is in the center of the city. The heating did not work, we had to leave the room closed to avoid getting cold. In the bathroom drawers we found used products (shampoo, conditioner) from people who had been there before.

The worst customer experience I could ever have. A manager who takes things personally and gets into an unnecessary ego fight by being so contradictory. My aunt and I went into the kitchen (which was open and led to our room) to get glasses, he saw us coming in, and soon I apologized for coming in and said that I just needed glasses. In a SMILING AND PLEASANT way he said there was no problem and everything was fine. The “Staff Only” sign was just outside the kitchen, out of our sight. A few minutes later, my aunt was trapped inside the bathroom because the key wasn't working, and out of desperation she started trying to get out. The manager came again disrespecting my aunt, calling her s.t.u.p.i.d (and then ironically asking for respect 😅). And as a last resort, together with the other guest, we went to ask questions about why the air conditioning was not working. After all, he was available in our room with remote on the table, no sign that the price was the part, just in fine print in the airbnb description. They do it on purpose. In the end, he turned on our air conditioning and said he would do it for us for FREE. All in a smiling and kind way. But then he reported us to Airbnb that we had broken the house rules hahahaha too contradictory. If he was a more assertive person, he would have refused to turn on the AC and explained to us that we hadn't paid, but he called willingly to report us later. If you want an excellent service, think about your customers and study your signs in a more practical way that does not cause doubts or misunderstandings. This is the bare minimum of a user experience that you as a manager should have studied.

For a part of Rome that tourists rarely, if ever, see, this guest house was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Located in an apartment in a modern building with little or no parking (there is none in Rome, anyway), my relief at getting a parking spot for the night was added to by the warm welcome and clean room. I would definitely stay there again. And the price was more than reasonable.
