During my stay in this hotel one night I was out for dinner and when I’m back, i was told by the receptionist that they have made me one more room card access. And i was like oh i did not request it and then she didn’t explain about it. And the day after i went out and back the evening time around 7-8pm I went up and I can’t go in to my room cos the card was not working. I went down to the reception desk about it and asked her about the issue and then she just does the new card and didn’t explain why neither.

An okay but not great stay. Our room was a bit small and the shower in our room did not drain well, causing water to spill everywhere. Location-wise, it's close to many restaurants in the area. The first floor is also under construction and smells of strong chemicals.

Staff Plengpin,CK,Anne Very helpful to me I want to go to Hua Lamphong Temple. Want to eat food at Yaowarat Everyone helped me very well. Recommend a delicious restaurant for me Please call a car for me. Even if the car is hard to find, you can call it for me

Renovation starting from 8am in the morning. Was not notified only until you reach the hotel and you are trapped. Saw a notice in the lift dated 5th Jan 2020 on renovations?! Temperamental service staff attitude. Air con is filthy. Water heater is not working but they have hot scorching water all day for you with the strategically placed water tank on the roof top. Dressing table with no mirror. Luckily location is considered good, nearby a 7-11. Room is clean and comes with free basic breakfast. you can find a better hotel nearby at the same price.
