The service is what makes this resort so exceptional. I traveled with my 24 and 25 year old daughters and the staff was exceptional. The staff was very interactive and extremely well trained. I honestly can't say enough compliments about the staff. I felt like anytime we needed anything, they were within a few feet. It was that good. Very attentive. And the food was equally good. Hats off to GM and owners.

Love love 💕 love. Beautiful views, and lovely ambiance. Most of all the staff, just the kindest people ever 😍 The only downside for us was that it was a bit too far from the Mykonos town - we love walking and it’s just impossible to find pedestrian friendly paths.

My wife and I just stayed at the hotel for the past three days and we wish we could have stayed longer. They were very thoughtful and left us a beautiful card and a bottle of wine for our anniversary.The hotel is fantastic. The place is extremely clean and the people are very nice and helpful. The people at the front desk are always available for questions and especially Katarina who went out of her way to make sure we were happy and provided us with a great restaurant. She was very helpful and very kind. We love waking up in the morning to have a breakfast served by the smiling faces of Sofia and Manos. Catherine was also a stand out server and was very friendly. We had many laughs, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Lila at the spa was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The attention to detail at this hotel was fantastic. The first night they left us with hats and each night there after there was always a little gift on our nightstand. Kudos to everyone that works at a Mykonos Grand Hotel. We’ll miss everyone!!!!!
