Quite a nice hostel, with nice rooms and very comfy beds. Water from the taps is cold and drinkable. Linen is provided at the reception and you make your bed. The room we stayed in (4 beds) had plenty of cupboard space and a safe per person. Internet was good in our room. There was a lift. No air conditioning however the staff will give you a free fan of you ask! Staff were always friendly and let us check in early because our room was ready!

The hostel is situated in a walkable distance from a city center, on a one-way street, so you won't get lot of noise from the cars. We were provided a nice bright room and clean sheets. The bathroom attached to the room was clean. On the other hand the drawers (probably used by students previously) were a bit dusty and there were old paper notes in it. The kitchen is cleaned by the hostel staff only sporadically so when we came in there weren't clean mugs/cutlery. On the other hand the common space on the ground floor is conveniently furnished with comfy mattresses. In general very nice stay and I'd definitely return.

First time hostel experience. Was not dissapointed. Everything was great, it was clean, had its own bathroom, safes, common room, common kitchen and more. My roommates were good too. Great for 1-person travels.

Advantages: + The hostel has a good location, the city center is only in a few tram stops. Supermarkets Hofer, Billa, Drogeria DM are very close to the hostel. + Friendly and nice staff at the reception. + In the room each person has a safe. + Clean, white bed linen. + Comfortable bed. + Reasonable price. What I didn’t like: - The drain in the shower and sink was clogged, I told staff about this inconvenience on the first day, but no attempts were made to solve this problem. - The fridge in the shared kitchen dirty and full of spoiled food. It was difficult to find even a little free space to put something to it. - When checking in, the room was not cleaned or very poorly cleaned. A lot of long hair was found on the mattress. - There was only one large towel. I needed one small towel for hands or face. - Inconvenient location of power sockets. - Uncomfortable pillows.

The hostel was very clean, all the staffmembers were super attentive and nice! Coffee was available for a cheap price and tasted great and the free lemonade was a nice touch. There is a supermarket and tramstop nearby. The MTR was a bit further away, so when we arrived at the main trainstation and took the MTR to Rathaus it was still a twenty minute walk. Beds were good and our room had a connecting bathroom which was nice. Great experience overall and would definately stay again!
