Great location, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is right next to a tram stop, in twenty minutes you're in the city center.(the only drawback was some traffic noise from the street, if someone is a light sleeper it may be better to close windows at night. There is air conditioning though so it's not a problem). Much recommend!!

Rooms are quite simple, but probably recently renovated. Everything works fine, but the beds were not very comfortable and a bit bad for my back, a bit personal I’d say. We stayed on the first floor, facing the street, this was bad because of the noises. The check in was not smooth, we were the first ones to arrive (at around 13), we were aware that the check in was at 15, so we were sitting there and waited for the 2 hours left, but in the mean time 4 other group of guests arrived and they were all checked in before us, that was really upsetting, but the staff was still polite and received well my complaint about. The location is great, there are supermarkets, restaurants and a tram line nearby.

The room was nice and modern. The service at the reception, however, was quite bad. We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time and there were 8 (!!!) people at the reception. We were told to wait the 10 minutes because their system apparently can't handle check ins before the official time. After having waited, there were at least 5 groups of people waiting to check in. It took them very long, even though there were so many employees, as it seemed like they didn't understand their own IT system. We finally received our room key 15 minutes after check in despite being early. At check out, it was much of the same. We only had to leave the key because everything was paid for, but still had to wait 10 minutes because the receptionist didn't understand how the process works. The manager had to be called to help, and he just looked at it quickly and saw immediately that everything was already done... They even asked as if we were busy as if we wouldn't be bothered waiting unnecessarily just to leave the keys. So yeah, nice hotel but their reception seriously needs to get things in order. Either they just got a new IT system, or new employees, or both. It also says on their website that they have cheap tickets for parking, but when asking they didn't really know... 😅
