Good: Rooms are spacious and modern, also nice location. Bad: do not stay here if you are concerned about cleanliness, plumbing, or electric. One of the three showers didn't work, took two days to repair (after housekeeping tried to use a toilet plunger to the shower to fix?!), then the shower in another room didn't work (the walls were shaking when we tried to turn on). When we walk across the hall, our feet and socks are black. The A/C doesn't work in one of the bedrooms, despite several attempts to "repair," wifi in some rooms doesn't work. Today, the sheets were damp in all of the rooms so not fully cleaned. Hallway light is motion sensitive but goes on and off throughout the night, waking everyone up and worried someone is in the apartment. There is no security lock from inside so anyone can enter at any time with the code, which happened daily with housekeeping, engineers, and others. No ice-no ice machine and no freezer to store ice. Asked for partial refund since one of three rooms and one of three bathrooms are incapable of being used, but no response. A shame bc could be great but they need to pay attention to maintenance to ask for this price.

Great stay in a historical building, equipped and responsive hosts. Certainly could be worse. Will stay here again next trip to Rome

Booked for 3 nights from 08/27 to 08/30 Everything would be fine...but there was no hot water. After hiking we had to take a shower with cold water. In response to requests to pay attention and urgently take action, I received a delicate answer that everything was under control... and so they waited until departure, to offer something else or to somehow compensate for the inconvenience... there was no question of that. This attitude spoils the entire impression of a wonderful holiday. Those who will order - pay attention to farce major...
