We are staying here for four days. The location is perfect! 10-15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Ray travel to Colosseum, and Vatican. Wonderful stores and restaurants everywhere around us. This place is lovely. The room is very comfortable. The elevator was broken for one day. There's delightful dining area where there's coffee, tea, and light snack of tarts. The room is cleaned every day and the bed made. It's a lovely room. WiFi is excellent.

My family stayed at Navona Grand Suite for a total of 5 nights in early June and loved it! The suites were individually decorated with antiques, and large and comfortable. We received instructions ahead of time for how to get into the room, and were also met by someone once we entered the guesthouse. Even though there is not a staffed front desk, we felt that all of our needs were well taken care of (from the daily housekeeping with fresh towels, arranging airport transportation, and delivering a fan on a hot night even though there was air conditioning). The common living room was stocked with coffee , tea, and delicate pastries at all hours. Great staff, great suite, great location! We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Rome.

The photos looked nothing like our room, it was honestly pretty gross. Tiles were super dirty, the sheets and pillows were extremely low quality, and the space is really weird. We spent 2 weeks traveling through Italy and this was by far the worst. Do not recommend unless you are looking to save some money and only plan on being in the room to sleep.

After a 12 day trip around Italia, i can say first hand this experience was the worst. The host is inept, non-communicative, and classless. We arrived in the checkin time window for our stay to NOONE at the property, they did not answer their phone, whatsapp, or the property door. The neighboring hotel managers helped us get into the grotto area where we found the door to this hotel and we knocked, waited, wrote on several mediums for over an hour. Whats worse is we also tried to communicate our arrival prior to this checkin (days before, hours before, etc) and there was no response. Finally, after feeling neglected we cancelled the reservation assuming the host would credit our account like any quality human. We then booked at a neighboring hotel a mile away. After 3 hours and after we were comfortably checked-in at another hotel, someone wrote us back with check in credentials like nothing ever happened. No apology, no explanation, etc. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. I told them it was classless and i will share my experience online and the response was, “this is a business, not fun..don’t threaten us w/ a poor review”. I cannot stress enough as an airbnb superhost and VRBO superhost myself; DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There are to many other places with better communication and hospitality skills. In my opinion, this should be delisted on expedia (i’ve already started the formal process) as i find them to be a fraud. Do better for your trip to Roma, BOOK ELSEWHERE.
