The overall experience with this hotel was okay but won’t be booking in the future. This review is for the room and the service that they provided. Pro: 1. Closest location to the Nagoya station 2. Handicap friendly entrance 3. Had lounge/cafe area in the lobby 4. Room was clean and quiet 5. Check-in was smooth and quick 6. Check-out was smooth and quick Cons: 1. Hated the smoking section in the front 2. The only access to the hotel was to go through the smoking area to the front desk or to the elevator 3. Our clothes get stinky with all the nicotine 4. Our room had no peephole 5. Our room had no security lock or secondary lock for intruders. We felt unsafe so we put our heaviest suitcase by the door with a bell so if anyone tries to open the door, the bell will alarm us. 6. The restroom was dimmed and dark 7. Bathroom tiles had cracks all over 8. The vent was filthy with dust 9. The sink valve wasn’t working properly 10. They don’t have cleaning service every day but they will leave fresh clean towels and amenities on the door knob. 11. One of the amenities had a sponge, which was for us to clean the bathroom. We thought it was to clean our body but it wasn’t. So, they wanted us to clean when we leave? 12. The door was not handicap friendly nor the bathroom/restroom was handicap friendly If you are smoker, this is your best hotel for ya.

Super tiny room with dwarf size bathroom. Bathroom is a foot higher than room floor level that's risky for elderly to fall down when step up or down. The water drainage in the bath tub is terribly slow. The pillows and blanket are good. The staffs at the front desk are polite and friendly.

Convenient and accessible from the Nagoya station. The price is reasonable if you just want to spend the night to rest but do not expect a whole lot. The rooms are clean but it is a typical Japanese sized room. It is located right in the entertainment district with plenty of izakayas and standing bars nearby.

Small rooms. Basic bathroom, small bath. No bidet. TV, DVD player and small Fridge in room. No safe. It has aircon. Bed was okay. Quite clean. Fairly good location, close to station. Has a convenience store nearby too. The window didn't close properly, so it sometimes got too cold. The bed goes from wall to wall so if you're too big you may not fit properly (I'm 1.8m tall and I had a little bit of room).
