Very nice place and location, we took the 3 bedrooms and the price was fair. Nice service from the host and always responsive

This place was definitely shabby chic. Some of the amenities include 3 bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, 3 bathrooms, sauna, outdoor shower, billiars room and roof top pool. Overall the place was nice. We got there a little early so we had to wait a little while for our room to be ready, so we left our luggage (on the side of the small reception area) and left into town to go eat. We returned about 3:00 pm and were greeted warmly by our host. He proceeded to show us our apartment for the next few days and I must say the place looked wonderful! Upon closer inspection the place could've used a little cleaning and updating (hence the shabby chic). Starting with the bathrooms, there was a layer of soap scum on the glass of the shower. The pool had a layer of what I would assume is suntan oil on top of the pool water. We asked for it to be cleaned but that took 2 days so it rendered the pool useless. And the pool table was missing one of the balls, so we couldn't even play a game of pool. Otherwise the apartment was really nice with beautiful views. Though we spent most of our time out and about it would have been nice to have enjoyed the apartment just as much as the rest of the trip. I am at odds about recommending this place, but if you do book, good luck and hope your experience is amazing!😊

Unfortunately it is not possible to assign zero stars, because that would be appropriate for this company, this service and this rip-off. We had booked a accommodation 4 weeks in advance for Christmas and New Year's Eve. Everything seemed beautiful in the pictures and we were very happy to spend our holidays there. Then we arrived at the airport late on December 23rd and everything seemed fine. We booked a taxi and were on our way to our accommodation. 10 minutes before arrival we were suddenly informed that there was a problem with the apartment and that we would have to be moved to another accommodation tonight. We were accommodated 20km away and of course had to pay the extra taxi ride ourselves. We were told the next day everything would be fixed and we would come to our booked apartment. The next day (Christmas Eve) we were told at noon that the apartment was no longer available and that we could no longer be accommodated there. We have asked several times to offer us an alternative, otherwise we would be without accommodation on Christmas Eve and would not be able to find a suitable alternative soon. The owner or the managing company didn't care at all. We were treated rudely from the start and had no chance to do anything about it. Our AirBnB booking was simply canceled without our consent. We have never had such a negative experience on AirBnB or other platforms and therefore urgently warn against booking any accommodation from “Lofty” or any related company or apartment. We hope that no one will have such an experience again and thereby ruin their holidays.
