The room was very spacious and it had a nice pool. The overall service quality was average because not all the house keeping staffs were doing a good job although there was one guy who did an excellent job. Some of our request for additional amenities were also turned down that was disappointing. Luckily, there was no electricity interruption during my 8 nights stay. I think there was some intrusion to our privacy since the staffs were slacking right opposite to our room during their free time and so we have to put the curtains on during the daytime.

It’s my first time staying in this place I really enjoy it with my kids We toke family room ( suite with 2 bedrooms) and its really huge and clean rooms tha AC was cool the toilet was super clean the hotel was nearest to the Kamala beach and sync coffee and 7/11 and many halal restaurant Thank 4 the stuff whom was being kind 2 us

The room was nice clean with AC but beware if you leave food out ants will come onto the table. The staff was also helpful about car rental and laundry service. Clean pool with a nice temperature. Overall a good experience
