We stayed here for 6 nights. Would have preferred a bigger room but given the fact it is a city hotel it was decent. Breakfast is not included and there is no option which is disappointing given the price of the room itself. There is a TV but unfortunately it only has Spanish channels. There is also a mini fridge which works well for keeping your water cool. Bathrooms are good with a decent shower. One thing we didn't realise is that there is a nightclub next door, it's only open a couple of nights a week but the rooms do overlook the same entrance so it can be noisy. The location is ideal, bang in the middle of the city, with shops, restaurants and cafes all around. Overall, would highly recommend for 2 or 3 nights maximum, anything longer I'd stay at a more spacious hotel that offers breakfast. One last thing for the owners, the motion sensor for the lights in the corridor aren't responsive for the rooms further down the corridor, if walking out of your room, your in complete darkness for about 30 seconds which could be dangerous.

Do not stay here...I'm not comfortable with leaving a negative review. However on this occasion I simply must. Here's Why; Photos of hotel were of the town hall not the building we stayed in. Nobody came to our assistance when we needed urgent help getting in. There's nobody there. It's a fully automated system. It's awful. The room was tiny. The cost was large. The walls are paper thin & noisy. Very bad sleep for 3 nights. The entrance was intimidating and unsafe. When somebody eventually called us back they simply told lies. It was one of our worst experiences. They didn't care. I'm not a grumpy intolerable idiot but believe me they just don't care about you at all. You have been warned. The same money would get you a much better place probably 4* slightly further out. Do not risk it.

Stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our visit. There is no staff at the hotel, but it didn't bother us. The only slightly annoying thing was that the check-in machine didn't print the second key, even if we added all the required info. The room was spatious, cleaned every day, with plenty of storage, quiet, and the water bottles were replenished daily. We stayed in room number 2, and I have no complaints. I also really appreciated the high quality Rituals products (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion) - all very needed when rehydrating after the sun. Location wise, you can't be more central. Valencia is a very walkable city, the only time we had to take a bus was to go to the beach and that was a breeze. I'd definitely stay here again.

NO Boutique hotel!! Boutique hotels cater to clients needs and are welcoming, at least in the United States. Perhaps it means something else here. No service staff available for your needs! You only get one coffee pod per person even if you ask. We typically have 2 cups of coffee each. The check in was crazy as you can’t check in until 2pm but you have no where to leave your luggage except at their off site office since there is no staff or a way to get in until 2. So you have to lug your luggage to the offsite office. I had to make phone calls at my cost to find the office. I have WhatsApp and I couldn’t get a response. It states a “welcome” drink, but it is a bottled water and not even a welcome note! Shampoos, body wash needed to be filled so we had to grab someone cleaning in the hall the next day. Also, coffee pod stuck in machine from previous person so we had to get it out to use the coffee maker. Very small rooms, even the refrigerator and airco cuts off when you leave the room, so hot when you get back and a problem if you need to store your medical supplies like insulin, which we needed. Air conditioner kept turning off during the night. Very noisy as you can hear your neighbors. Also, NO English TV stations and NO NetFlix. The concept of “environmentally” conscious, etc., seems to be a term used to save them money at the cost of comfort for the guests.
