Interior of reception, lobby and common area is really nice. I can say it’s a budget friendly cozy place with a cafe at their outer space. They have a good collection of book in common area. Lift is really small and like everywhere in Thailand the ground floor is not 0, it’s 1😜. So you’ll see the lift starts with number 1 and so on. Room was spacious but the bathroom was really tiny and congested. They offer zero room service. If you need bottles you have to bring it from reception by yourself. They don’t allow early check-ins and late check-outs. You have to carry all your luggage from outside to room and vice versa. They’ll ask you to submit 1000 Thai Baht extra for security. I didn’t like much their hospitality. But I really like the interior of common area. With warm woods, vintage iron & steel boxes. Colourful flowers and vases, vast and variety collection of books, paintings, sofas and cushions, vintage cycles, lamps, icons etc… The location of this hotel is really good. As restaurants, massage parlours, shopping malls, & Soi Cowboy🤪 is at walkable distance. BTS station is also at walkable distance. They also offer hourly luggage sitting if you have a late flight then check-out time. Best thing is that they understand English so communication was not that difficult here, which was a huge problem for me in my Thailand trip. Specially mention: You can download the app ‘Grab’ for cab service bookings and for ordering your food. It is operable in entire Thailand. And operable late night also.

Spacious room hotel, the concept and design is cute. Amenities provided including hair dryer, overall was good and clean but the lighting kinda dark and I think the hotel needs to repaint the room. Near 711, BTS station and Bus stops, but the traffic in Sukhumvit Are giving headache. The owner and staffs super friendly. The surrounding area quite okay but sometimes dirty and smells. Can request make up room everyday and Wifi & Hot water works well 👍

this hotel are scammers. Trying to reach out them via whats app/email/instagram but they don’t answer. They took a deposit from my credit card and promised to return it in 2 weeks. now its almost 2 months and they don’t return money. This deposit even was not discussed when I made a booking (they just confront the fact)
