First time visiting Thailand and from the moment we checked at our hotel the service was great. We had a room on the 6th floor and the layout was great. The bathroom was spacious (only one sink) the bedroom was super nice with a cute sitting area. The bed slept very well if you like a firm mattress. The balcony was amazeballs with a good view of the ocean in the distance. The pool was open from 8-8 and they offer a breakfast from 6:30 to 10 with an array of eats. I recommend trying the cuisine that you wouldn’t find at home like the juices and savory bites. The hotel is situated near Patong Beach about a block (very easy walk). There are so many shops near the hotel. It’s actually a perfect spot. The concierge was super helpful especially when we’re trying to go to Phi Phi Island and we thought we could just pop up there. He helped booked the ferry and provided his what’s app if we had any trouble. The only drawbacks of this hotel stay would be occasionally our drain in the shower was slow. The pool hours should be extended. The jacuzzi was not working. All and all the stay was exceptional and I would stay again recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed 4 nights, we were in a family room with two rooms, 2 showers, a large and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean, the cleaning team gives high attention to everything related to cleanliness. The only drawback in this room is the lighting in the room, poor lighting and barely illuminating The reception staff are very nice and provide excellent service to everyone. The dining room is average, there is not much selection although I was less bothered because most of the time we ate outside. Quite a large pool although I didn't get to go in it. Any problem that the hotel staff calls comes right away and clears the problem. I recommend this hotel also because it is central and located on Patong, so everything was close to us on foot and the sea is also a 4 minute walk Thank you Nap Patong Hotel. 👍

Retuned to this hotel for the second time. Selected this hotel again as it left a great impression the first time around. Which made me decide to select this for my honeymoon from 6 - 9 Dec 2023. I wrote to the hotel informing them about my stay. When we arrived the reception greeted us with a cold towel with infused drink. It was so refreshing. She then proceeded to inform us that our room will be upgraded to a villa. Which was a perfect gesture since we are honeymooners. Upon arriving at the room, we were greeted with a rose and a card stating we wish you a very happy honeymoon. And at night we were greeted with a slice of cake as it was my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our bed was super comfy as well, which made it hard for us to get up. Thank you Nap Patong. We will return again.

Pros: The hotel looks nice from the outside, location is good if are not looking to stay right on the Bangala area. Cons: The maintenance level in the rooms is terrible considering it’s a 4-star hotel and the price they charge. We received our room with peeling walls in the bathroom, clogged shower (which they tried to fix unsuccessfully) and the best of the best - we had blood stains on the sheets! After telling them, it took them about 20 minutes to bring be ones and guess what- it didn’t fit the bed size.
