Recent reviews appeared to be much better than the older ones so we have it a shot. New renovations!! Spent the weekend in sydney and the location was just perfect. The renovations were new high quality and the room was very clean. Instructions were very clear with arrival/key drop off and the front desk lady was very kind also.

The location was great We had a change from husband and wife to 2 females going so requested an extra bed. As we were in a studio we had to $50 per night for upgrade then $50 per night for a roll in bed. The mattress had plastic around it which made it a very uncomfortable sleep. I would have preferred sleep on the couch. Also there was no hot water through on the morning we left

Great service and location except the traffic noise was more than I would have liked. For this reason only probably wouldn't stay again unless the windows were sound proofed

The only merit of this place is location. In the city, close to station, close to the harbour. The interior for room look old. It claimed as serviced apartment but not much service actually. It even charge you for towel. It’s close to street and bridge and it’s a bit noisy if you open the balcony. The kitchen utensil not properly equipped. Bathroom ventilation was bad and toiletries was not enough for two persons.
