The staff is exceptional! Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. The room was fine. I first thought the bed would be too soft but it turned out to be very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again

Location and staff were great but the room was dirty (large amount of mould in shower, hair on floor, carpets stained and worn, no cover on bedding), small (no wardrobe, no where to store luggage, no light for bathroom without turning on whole room and waking others) and extremely overpriced for what it was. I wouldn't stay again

Good value for money - however rooms are tiny and we got the “king” it’s more like a hostel - so if you are used to staying in nicer accommodation then probably best to skip this one as it felt like walking into a dorm room - lift was out - hallway dark and dingy - was clean but extremely small and cramped. Would rather pay the extra money for a nicer hotel experience. Was in an ok location still a bit of a walk to main attractions. If you looking for cheap accommodation then this works well but I won’t be back.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel, and one of the best things about it was its location in the CBD. You can easily reach most attractions on foot or by public transport. The room was clean, and the service was acceptable considering the amount paid. The only drawback was the quality of the mattress; it was very soft, and I believe it was a low-quality model and I think they can easly improve.

Customer service upon arrival was amazing, staff were polite and accommodating whilst being clear with all information. Rooms were very clean and had all amenities provided however there is only one elevator and when it is out of service may prove to be inconvenient. Downstairs lobby was nice but fairly too close to the entrance. Location wise it is okay but is a fair walk to the heart of Sydney but there are many nearby bars and restaurants to this location. In terms of value it is probably one of the best you can find if you snatch up a deal.
