My first trip overseas and this was my first night of the trip. The check-in process was easy to understand and stress free. The rooms were clean, the bedding comfy, and the other guest quiet and considerate. The location is also convenient and surrounded with places to eat. Would definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

Great for a one night stay near Narita airport, room was clean and facilities were clean and plentiful, close to Narita airport as well which made it easy for us to catch our flight the next morning, highly recommend and will be staying here again if i ever need an overnight stay again.

My self-check in email kept me waiting for 15 mins and it made me nervous. When I called for help, everything was solved including getting my email (finally!). I hope they add on e sentence that “the check-in email may take more than 15 min to receive. Please have a tea time to wait for it.” Kind of message. I did what I need to do my sis… not that because I called you because I am idiot to use AI system but the response should be quick or at least put a caution about it⚠️ . The quality here is awesome. They have sheer room with POLA shampoo, conditioner and body soap, Bath towel, and hair dryer. I was in the mixed room upper side bed, but the bed didn’t screak much when I used it. It was quiet enough to have a nice rest. The price was very helpful. Thank you 🙏
