Strikes me as a business hotel among Japanese, but it's a great stopover hotel for tourists who arrive in Japan late and need a hotel. Friendly, English speaking staff, decent breakfast, and walking distance from the train station, even with luggage. Will bookmark this hotel for future visits, definitely.

Convenient hotel when staying the night before arriving at the Narita airport. The room for single use is very compact but enough, and the small cute table and chair are very nice. There is no good restaurant or cafe in the neighborhood, so I recommend eating out in other regions.

The overall stay was good enough, but not recommend if you staying here for more than 2 nights. The reason is the bed is not comfortable...unfortunately. Hope they will improve! Free shuttle bus departs from right in front of the hotel which is good if you have many luggage. If you are coming from Tokyo to Keisei Narita Station by train, the exit is located at opposite platform which is bit confusing. Take elevator and go up, across the bridge and you are at opposite platform. The hotel is located at opposite so you need to go across again. There is under pathway in front of the exit, so you just follow the sign. Good point is you don't need to use the stairs and carries your luggage to reach to the hotel.

I flew into Narita airport with my three children in the late afternoon. I wanted something close to the airport so that I could get tired children to bed. The hotel was a short and easy train ride from the airport and the hotel is a very quick walk from the train station. The room was comfortable and spotless and check in was quick and easy. The next morning we were refreshed and ready to start our travels in Japan.
