Everything feels just right, which is a good thing in this case. We got this room so we will be relaxed for the following day's flight back home, but I think choosing this as a home base while exploring nearby places including Tokyo wouldn't be so bad. Getting from point to point in Japan is convenient and doesn't take too much time, but I understand this is rather subjective. I felt some age when I stayed in the lobby but nothing too bothersome. The rooms were good although lacking some comforts in other hotels like heated toilet seats and more "sophisticated" toilet controls 😁. Don't miss to visit the simple but very convenient store on the ground floor. I also feel prices are reasonable, although I really can't compare much.

The Tobu Hotel is a 4-star hotel located near Narita Airport, within walking distance of the airport terminals. Approximately two miles from the closest commercial centre and three miles from the closest rail station, the Tobu Hotel is situated in a somewhat calm neighbourhood. Nevertheless, driving and taking public transport make getting to the hotel simple. There are multiple bus stops close by, and the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport. In addition, the hotel is conveniently close to a number of eateries and retail establishments. It is recommended for individuals or groups seeking a quiet atmosphere or a hotel close to the airport for an early morning trip. ******* At 2:00 PM, guests will be able to check in. Checking out is done at 11:00.

If you're staying here you probably only care about proximity to the airport, fortunately the rooms are neat and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the food situation at the on-site restaurant (Restaurant Oasis) is a complete travesty. It's a buffet situation (breakfast and dinner both) where they have opted to do 20+ things but clearly don't have the capacity to maintain a consistent quality across so many offerings, or even keep available dishes topped up. Everything is lukewarm and flavourless. For dinner I wouldn't bother, especially because it's not cheap (6000 yen per head) and you are better served eating a ramen cup in your hotel room. For breakfast, I don't know that there are many other options around and it may be included with your room - my approach was to ignore anything Restaurant Oasis had a hand in preparing and instead fill up on coffee, toast and fruit. Based on the amount of uneaten food on the plates of other patrons around us, it was the less perilous path.

Convenient location, yes! I wasn't expecting so many pillows so that was good. 😁 The staff speaks English so I was able to check in smoothly. Really good recommendation from Booking and a friend. I wasn't able to try the food in the restaurant but it looked pretty good. The convenience store closes at 10pm and has a pretty good variety of snacks and souvenirs.
