This is not my first time to stay there,this time sheets had previous residents stains and hair all over the bed and the couch “ i had to sleep on the disgusting sheets until house Keeping arrive the next morning!!!!!And the floors are cracked, i believe that the value for the money spent is not worth it at all.

My name is Ashwaq Since I come I have 3 day today The AC not working and I try to call them many time also sending email and SMS But no one answered They don’t care about customer and they don’t have after sales services I advise you don’t come to this hotel high amount with low service and they don’t have reception To cut the cost for sure And unfortunately no one responds

I've stayed in Native Mayfair more than once previously and it was good and comfortable. This time however our stay at Native has spoiled our vacation. The elevator was out of service for the whole trip and our penthouse apartment was on the third floor (while the other one on the first floor despite the fact we were traveling as a family), Carrying luggage up the stairs and communicating with the rest of the family was a nightmare. Warm water was cut off for 4 days and the upper level apartment was cold at night. We attempted to communicate with Native through phone, email and what’s app messaging but we received no response. Due to the mentioned reasons, next time we visit London we will be staying at a different accommodation.

Absolutely Perfect. Amazing location just a 4 min walk to Oxford Street, we couldn't get over how quite the Penthouse was. The Penthouse is finished to a high standard and has everything you need. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, aircon in bedroom and lounge, also superb heating. There is a table with 4 chairs, and the kitchen and bathroom is superb. We Highly Recommend this property to stay in London, it's better than staying in local hotels that are so much money and such a small space.
