Great accommodation for the small value of money paid. Friendly staff. Good location & it served my purpose. Ideal for short stays.

Comfortable rooms with good staff and a good location. Breakfast was included and was sufficient. Hot water wasn’t working in our room so the staff offered to move us to another room where it was working, and the staff also arranged a taxi for us. Overall a good option at a good price in Lusaka - we would stay here again if we were back in Lusaka.

Great location being a stonethrow from East Park mall which has everything you can get in lusaka. Also going to the airport from here has very little traffic. Owners are always around and friendly. We stay here whenever passing through

I booked a private room rather than a dorm as I was arriving very late at night. Unfortunately when I arrived it was at the same time as a large tour group and in the chaos, they accidentally gave my room away to them. The staff were incredibly apologetic and organised for their driver to take me to a nearby hotel and then collected me in the morning, all covered by them. In the morning, the driver collected me and took me back to Natwange in time for the free breakfast and by the time I was finished eating, they'd got my room ready for me for my second night. The room was fantastic - although they'd warned that WIFI only works in the common areas, it was close enough to work in my room. The common areas are really nice, with a lovely swimming pool (it's not heated so it was a bit too cold to use while I was there, but I'm sure it's lovely when it's sunnier) and there's even a friendly hostel cat. It's a short walk to a nearby mall that has food and a supermarket. I used their airport transfers to get to/from the airport which was very convenient. They did take a little while to respond to confirm my pickup so I'd recommend checking several days in advance just to be sure. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Lusaka!
