The location was great for shopping and had lots of restaurants within walking distance. The street was quiet at night, yet just off the corner from seeing the Spanish Steps. The bed was comfortable, the TV had channels in several languages, the AC was efficient (and had a remote), and the shower was quick to warm. Natalia and her family were kind and helpful.

This hotel’s owner was rude and aggressive, storming in my room WITHOUT A MASK during COVID, demanding that my boyfriend and I pay for the already opened bottles of beer that were in the mini fridge! They also lied about our room and took us to a different building that had a queen bed, instead of a king bed with a balcony that we paid for! They have no reception desk and if you have questions, they are only there until 4 PM! Ridiculous!
