Well managed and popular with backpackers. The rooms are spacious with good layout, clean and comfortable beds. The rooms comes with fridge, boiler and air-conditioning. Location is good and the place is quite with lots of mini marts and eateries.

I am a returning guest. I always choose Nawin when we visit PP. The owner Mr Chet is so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Location is great, close to riverside and the palace. Rooms are clean and well presented. Room rates are very comparable to others in the area and the coin laundry which is also owned by Mr Chet on the next street over is very convenient. 5 stars

Our room was on the 5th floor, the noisy floor. no elevator but lots of steps l, some scarily steep. The room smelt of stale tobacco despite being a non smoking room. 2 of the 5 lights in the room worked. The shower was dripping 24/7, lots of little black flying bugs in the bathroom. Aircon needs a clean, smells strange. Wall fan in the room didn't work. Fridge leaked. Bed sheets were very clean and smelt nice. Most of the staff were nice, a couple made you feel as if anything you asked them you were burdening them to do their job. Toiletries in room are one small tiny soap and a disposable toothbrush. The satellite tv channels work on a 16 inch tv about 30 years old. For the price there's a lot better accommodation in the area nearby.

For the price it’s a really decent place to stay. The staff were friendly and the location is great. Room was simple but had a t.v. Air con, a large fridge and was pretty clean. Only thing stopping it getting five stars was the amount of stairs you need to climb (which is fairly standard in Phnom Penh) and the fact that when there was very heavy rain outside, this left some puddles in the hall, near the stairs which was quite dangerous. Overall I would 100% stay here again, it’s very good value for money.
