Not sure how to rate the location because I did very little exploring during my 2.5 days. The room and staff were an exceptional value! My one big critique would be the ground-level Cafe. It's operated by a very kind, smiling girl. No problems there. However, the menu is limited with too many key items unavailable. The chicken quarter is also quite lean and a very poor choice. The chicken provider should be discarded in lieu of a better quality, higher meat yield poultry solution. No problem if the meal price is increased to permit better quality meat, because the prices now are quite reasonable!

Everything was excellent, just 2 criticisms, all instructions were in Chinese, we couldn't set up the tv, young bloke that came and sorted it out was brilliant but once we pulled the power card at the door out we couldn't operate the tv again. There is no tourist information, no maps no places of interest even the desk staff could not advise us. Other than that all was excellent, from breakfast through to the free washers and dryers. Rooms were very well presented

Despite the incredible reviews on Google my experience was not good. The biggest problem was the staff attitude and service. Takes way too long to be served at the check in desk. They don’t really listen and don’t help at all with bags. Room is okay but the sink is outside the bathroom so if someone wakes up earlier they’ll wake the other person up too. All round negative experience. I think someone else pointed out that most of the reviews are fake. After my experience this seems likely. I think it’s primarily for Chinese guests because all the signs in the room are in Chinese and you need google translate to understand it - not an issue just something to remember if you stay here, you’ll need google translate.

Wow, what an amazing experience this was at the Marco Polo Hotel. This beautiful hotel is top notch. It is beautiful and the service exceptional. As you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff that attend to your every need. I would highly recommend you to visit with your family.We enjoy our stay. Location is perfect. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Drinks are yummy

I often stay in this hotel for business trip and also all my colleagues. The hotel room is great, big and clean. Simple modern and the price standart. For breakfast have many menu’s. The facility is complete minus swim pool. About the staff they so nice and helpful. But only 1 staff that receptionist (Mr.Mungkol - maybe this the way write his name) that make me very disappointed because he don’t know how to talk and answer the customer specially when he close the phone when I still talking. The last is he refuse me when ask him to call his Manager on duty to talk about his attitude and challenge me.
