During my one week stay in nego home, feel like home cozy and quiet room. The staff was so friendly especially the owner Jeff was so helpful , definitely will stay here again for my next Bangkok visit.

They enter your room without permission even if you put do not disturb sign on the door. so avoid this place if you want safety and privacy. Also the entire building smells really weird (smells like food waste)since there is a restaurant on the first floor. They should do something about it as well.

Cute and quirky room, stylish, good location and easy to get around. Host was friendly and easy-going. Decent price for top-quality accommodation.

Nice decor but they really need to work on customer service. Their kitchen is SEVERELY understaffed. Slow service. Slow is an understatement. The food tastes excellent but you cannot keep a table waiting for more than 45 minutes when the establishment isn't even packed. The server also insisted that a honey lemon drink was coffee, and refused to take it away until the table next to mine clarified that the order was theirs. Has she not seen what coffee looks like?
