This place was awful. When we arrived we waited over 30minutes for them to talk to us, then when they finally did they said that the bathroom was broken in our room so they would send us to the sister hotel which was the other side of city, near to where we just came from. We noticed that the same situation was happening to the people who arrived before us. We said we didn't believe that all of the bathrooms were broken. Eventually, they told us that they booked other people into our room and they couldn't ask them to leave. We asked them why didn't they just message or call us before we arrived so we didn't have to travel all that way. Because of all this we didn't trust them to stay in their other hotel so we decided we wanted to cancel everything. They said there would be a fee and that we would have to pay for the first night if we cancelled! We said that it wasn't our fault so we couldn't cancel 24 hours before because we didn't know the situation. They kept saying it's their policy. Finally my friend got through to the tourism police who spoke to them and told them that we shouldn't have to pay a fee. So we cancelled my friends bank card etc so we didn't need to pay. We then went off to stay in a different place. Overall, this took over 3 hours to sort out. I asked some people who were staying there if they've had problems with the place and they said yes but I didn't ask them what those problems were. Just don't go there!

This is a nice place to stay within the city proper. The regular price for each room is quite pricey so make sure to avail the discounted prices and you bet it is worth it. The pool is best for kids but not for adults. Filipino staffs are friendly, polite and accommodating. It is quite far for from the main road though.

Well priced room and staff very friendly and helpful! Nothing exciting about the room itself. The pool is lovely and a welcome feature after walking around in Bangkok all day. It was quiet when we were there. It is a bit far from the city but it’s a 15 min walk to the Ekamai train station. The walk from the main road is about 10 min - it’s quiet and safe.

We checked in on 22/Dec to a unit of 3 queen beds. The private jacuzzi pool was not working and the frame was broken. 24/Dec found the toilet bowl not able to flush well and water leaking from it. Toilet also has foul odor that may attributed to the leak. Reported to the reception before leaving in the morning of 25/Dec, problem unresolved and can’t arrange changing of room. There were also big van parked right outside of the room and caused difficulty in getting in and out of the room. If the management can’t fix the toilet, should not be renting out the unit with broken sanitary.

The place is excellent! Nice and friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, really cozy, each unit has its own swimming pool, very comfortable, and very instagrammable!! Since M Pool Villas is in an alley way, they offer free ride just til the highway using their Golf cart (8am-8pm) ❤️ Highly recommended! If I were to come back in Bangkok, I'd choose to stay here again hopefully with more companions ❤️
