Rooms are a bit old but well maintained and perfectly clean. Good size shower and sink area. I went during a high season and I understand the hotel was crowded, but every single staff at reception I spoke with was rude and slightly aggressive, which was a shame. Still, the room was comfortable so I could enjoy my stay, go with zero expectation for the staff service and it should be fine.

Clean and comfortable room but very noisy from traffic outside. Poor selection for breakfast, slow to top up as food was taken by guests pool area nice with towel and beds available.

Prior to arrival, I received numerous automated emails regarding payment confirmation, causing confusion and stress. Upon check-in with my two children, we encountered multiple disappointments. The sofa bed was unprepared, and I was told to set it up myself, an unexpected task in a purported four-star hotel. Regrettably, the scratched toilet seat and not fixed in our room further dampened our stay. Additionally, the swimming pool did not resemble the advertised images, leaving us underwhelmed. Inquiring about a one-hour late check-out resulted in a 30 euro charge, compounding our dissatisfaction. Breakfast is average and.cappucino not at standard. Overall, my stay fell short of four-star standards. Attention to detail and fulfillment of advertised services are crucial. I urge you to address these concerns promptly to enhance future guests' experiences.
