I had a nice experience here. The staff are kind and the location is great and quiet. Room was clean and comfy. I definitely recommend this place!

Great stay here! Room is what you can expect for the money you pay and no cleaning within a 3 days stay, but when you need new towels or coffee/ tea, you can ask for it at the reception. 👌🏼 Nearby center and great breakfast places. So book and ENJOY BERLIN!

The card machine on site was not trusted by my bank, so I was sent an email with an invoice for the amount of my stay. I paid this amount on the first day which went through on the second day. A few days later I was transferred almost the full amount back. I then received an invoice for the full amount again. I then write an email explaining the situation and got no reply. I then called and explained that I needed a new invoice which was then done with the wrong amount. I then had to make the calculation of what I owed myself to get a new invoice again. I was then treated as though I didn’t pay anything, and I was the one being a nuisance. I think that their mistake has cost me about one to 2 hours of time so far. Maybe I should invoice them for that time. Thank you for your reply. The staff onsite were excellent. All the issues surrounded Marius from operations.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and quite spacious. We had kitchenette, small table with chaira for two, super comfortable bed, enough power sockets, drinking water bottle and coffee was available in the room, also had a smal balcony. The washing room had enough space, shower was quite spacious. Trully great price/quality/lication deal. We've locked ourself out of room after reception hours and the help qrrived within 10mins.
