I not recommend for anyone I check in 5 morning but no hot water for shower they said open morning, and before check out I want shower they said this room no have hot water just some rooms. The price I paid 700 baht and I think should not be more than 200 to 300 baht.

We arrived around 12 in the afternoon. We wanted to see a room, but they wanted us to wait until 2 pm. We left of course. Why loosing 2 hours to see a room. Strange behavior!

Good value for the price. Great location close to beach and bars. Nice bed. Quiet. Downside was the shower had very little flow and you couldn’t put always get warm water. Was also very dim in room, needs brighter lighting. Stayed almost 3 weeks, so I got used to it.

This place is fine for a short stay if you’re in a pinch but it’s not worth the money you’ll spend. It’s very bare bones and nothing like the advertised pictures. The water is very cold and apparently doesn’t work (which seems to be a reoccurring problem that there is nothing being done about.) that being said, the location is convenient for the beach and the bed is comfortable. (But you could find better) Also downside are the cockroaches in the room, big downside.

It’s the worst maintained hotel I have seen. Ants everywhere in the room; they come with a spray and the ants revisited two days later, no internet connection during many days, water outage during 1 night. defected walls and doors all over the hotel The hotel swimming pool and fitness is located in another building (owned by the same company, therefore it’s possible to use it) but it’s not as they publish their hotel. Soap in the hotel’s public toilets was missing throughout all the time I have spent there. Suddenly the internet wifi connection stopped working and didn’t not resume for many days. I have spent there one night, the morning included without water! The team will provide liquid soap and toilet paper only if you ask for it, otherwise they ignore the consumed parts during the “cleaning “, which by itself at very low level. For swim lovers, the sea is very near, but the sea itself is very dirty and polluted and so is the sandy beach.
