Clean and modern facilities. Short walk away from Fira bus station. Caldera views from the pool and common terrace. Host Angela was very helpful. We were able to check in early on our first day and she readily gave us advice on where to find the nearest amenities. She also answered all our questions about the area. Angela also helped to arrange an airport transfer for us on the last day although at very short notice.

We booked through Expedia and we are very happy with our stay! The reception is located down the steps to your right and will be on the left. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We had a foyer, small dining space perfect for two, and a lovely bathroom. They provided us with plates, cups, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee, and water. The pool area had an amazing view! They have tour options and airport transfers at an additional cost. Wi-Fi was great as well with a decent size TV. We were able to connect our Amazon Fire Stick to watch any of our favorite shows. The location is a 7 min walk to the main town and museum. There is a supermarket down the street and restaurant across called 1500 and more closer to the main town. Bus line is nearby as well as taxi services. Lovely area, we would highly recommend to stay here.

Overall it is an ok stay for me. Pro: it has a great view and near to Fira bus station and some restaurants. Room is quite big, with aircon and a shared pool. Cons: Difficult to check in, no info how to find the reception just to find they dont have lobby. You need to ask the existing guests how to contact the owner. It is more like an airbnb. I did not get any email from the owner in advance about the strict policy of check in timing. The check in time is very strict, only after 3pm, though the rooms are available, the owner does not care and will only let you in after 3pm. So if you arrive early, this place is not for you! kudos to the cleaning staff who apologized to the guests for they are waiting more than 3pm. The owner just does not care. At 3pm so many guests are waiting there and if you are lucky you are the last one to be served by the owner LOL The road from bus station is all cobbled stone and uphill, so if you carry a big luggage it will be a trouble! It was a raining when i checked out so I have tough time carrying luggage to the place where taxi waiting. The taxi will wait a bit distance from hotel entrance as the car cannot go in to the front of the hotel. No breakfast, no rubbish bin in the room, the shower room takes time to drain properly and no glass wall so the water will splash out to the toilet, no iron and no breakfast served. You need to find taxi by yourself too, though taxi stand is near the bus station. Will I return? no

Have not been to Santorini before and how lucky we were to pick this wonderful accommodation. Hosted by Konstantina Kokkinou and Christos, who could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room and en-suite were beautifully laid out. Soft fluffy towels, coffee machine and tea making. The large outside patio had a plunge pool overlooking Fira and the Caldera - so of course we were in prime position for the sunset. Adjacent to 3 wonderful restaurants and a short walk to shops.

great place to stay and great service. the owner was beyond helpful, and very welcoming. she was so helpful and excellent. my luggage where delayed, i did not even ask her to help me but she offer the help. she called the airport and got all the information on how to pick up the luggage. my son got sick on Sunday she called a doctor and drove to pharmacy to pick medication for him. honestly the owner should get 7 stars for the service she provided. also the place was very clean and nice and it is in great area.
