The hotel room in Neptune is pretty good for the price. The location is good. But the sound of the air conditioner in the room was very loud. I woke up early because the sound of the air conditioner was very loud during my stay at the hotel for 3 days. So I went to the front desk on the morning of October 8th and told the female staff to take action to allow the engineer to visit, and asked her to allow the engineer to visit at 1 p.m. But no one came to my room. Other than the sound of the air conditioner, it's good to stay at the hotel

“Not Recommended for online booking” The standard room was in an old building. Even though room was very spacious, it was very dimly lit, had very bad smelly toilet and mosquitoes also were able to find way inside to room. Not worth the high price paid during high season. Old building rooms also are very far away from entrance, so need to walk few minutes to get to it.
