My stay at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The room was not only unclean but also had a musty smell that made the entire experience unpleasant. The staff's lack of responsiveness to my concerns only added to the frustration. Additionally, the advertised amenities fell short of expectations, further contributing to my overall disappointment. I regret choosing this hotel and would caution others against making the same mistake. If you are looking for cheap stay, there is plenty more options that are cheaper but certainly better value for money.

Nothing is plesent , the staff got no service mind , no help much , no one to ask about infor , no night reception , the whole hotel was dark and look like not function properly. just find somewhere better

Third class Hotel. Don't book room in this hotel. I am booking my room from cleartrip for 7sept 2023. I have medical emergency from last 20 days.I was cancelled flight due to that.I was sent all documents like reports, xray,ecg,bills ,doctor certificate but they are not giving refund. Even don't reply of message. Avoid that kind of hotel in Phuket.

Do not believe the nice comments stating it is amazing and clean! The only positive point is the location and the women at the reception. The manager does not even say hello once you paid! When checking the room was not clean and the bathroom not at all! The bathtub full of hair! And the sink dirty!. When taking a showing the bathroom was automatically of water! We constantly have to ask for the cleaning which was not really done! Very disappointed by this hotel don’t go there! Waste of money! Don’t book!
