Very clean and comfortable experience! Warm and welcoming environment, reliable water, very comfortable bed, large private space,and the meals they served were very filling and delicious. The hosts were a wealth of information!

Wonderful place to stay, warm friendly loving home away from home environment. Clean rooms with hot water good internet connection very close to Lakeside in a nice quiet environment near the foot of a hillside... just about 5-6 minutes walk to the Lake itself.. close to many shops and places to eat. Amy and Paul are just wonderful, kind loving hosts with 3 lovely children. Giving great service and help for anything one needs. They also have a great breakfast menu selection and great coffee... as well as some delicious bakery items coming from their Tiny Yeti bakery... their local Nepali staff are also just so kind and so helpful in every way. It's always a joy to come home to New Hotel Castle whenever in Pokhara.

New Hotel Castle is an American owned Hotel. They have very good service with home feeling. I really like their bakery 😂 items. Cheese cake and velvet cookies are my favourite. They have very home feeling environment. Whoever gets a chance to give a try, it worth it. You won't be disappointed. So highly recommend it 😃🤠.
