The bed in the room was amazing, big enough for tall person (I have 195 cm and felt comfortable). Windows in every room sucks, they aren't soundproof, so expect morning mosque prayer to be loud. Staff was great, especially the Fatin guy, very professional and chilled out guy.

Breakfast was very varied, very tasty food, 5 stars. Room spacious. The room 1525 has a problem with the right window (it doesn't seal properly), and because of this, I heard a lot of noise. Good value for money 💰

My stay was not the best, the staff were great, however the room and toilet had damp/sewage smell it stank! I did ask to get the room changed but they kept on saying they will send the housekeeping guys around to check and spray which did not help. Also I have noticed that the bed sheets hasn’t been changed the house keeping was done when I was not around so when I got back I asked them to changed the bed sheets and pillow case. They did not like my request but that is the norm when you get to any hotel the stay is more than couple days bed sheets are meant to be changed regularly is just not hygienic. Breakfast was alright

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Rooms are just terrible. They gave me a room wich is recently renovated. The room stinked like sewage. Toilet was very dirty. Flush button was broken so i had to put the cover on its place each time i use it. Water accumulates under your feet while taking a shower. The shower head broke and fell on my head while i was showering. Water accumulates in the sink too and does not drain. Window frame was broken and wasn't working so i had to sleep in a freezing cold. Mini bar was empty. By the way this was the third room they gave me because first two was smelling so bad i asked them to change my room. During this room changing process they gave me a room occupied by another customer and i ran in his room while he was changing. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and i have never seen a five star hotel with such a filthy and small rooms. Open buffet was teriible too. I don't recommend this place . This place is not 5 stars, it can only be 2!
