I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights while on a work trip. The rooms are very spacious and spotless- there are also a wide range of English-language channels. Breakfast is also good, with many different hot and cold options. Most importantly, when I spoke with management about the AC, they fixed it promptly and very politely. The cleaning staff, technicians, and breakfast staff are all so kind. I would definitely stay here again.

THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL!! as you can see in the pictures this hotel does not represent what is advertised. The rooms are stuck in the 80s and has not been updated. There was pieces missing, wall paper falling off, grime and dirt left for 20 years and as for the gym, woow shocking. The hotel staff was the only nice thing about the hotel. Apart from the sleeping spa staff that were caught having a good sleep. This is at best 2 star hotel.

We left the room after one night. It was very bad old room and especially door of the bathroom was totaly destroy . If you want to go in toilete all other in the room must hear you na dtjerr is not privacy. You feel like in punished room . The pillow impossible tp sleep , very vig . Im the restorant cold . The manager on reception inform us that he will pay money back on my account . But still i did not receive it.

I stayed their for 4 days because i was too busy to move to another hotel. I felt like i was in a horror movie. I arrived at 4 am there was no security no butler no reception lights were off the elevators always felt like they would go off at any second. I dont like any of the interior as well as the inconvenient music everywhere all the time. I should give their breakfast a 1 star only. Since I did not like any of the cooked items i chose food that could never be cooked wrong like boiled eggs and salads yoghurt butter and honey *the basics* I'm a cheese person too but the quality of their cheese was so disappointing. Staff are friendly and nice but can not be considered a 4-5 star hotel staff.
