Resort is a tough word to describe the place. it is a really cheap hotel and you get (or in this case you don't get) what you pay for. rooms are small and they all come with some sort of defect. our party of 6 had to change rooms 3 times ( shower broken, drains smell like hell, no aircon) within 1 week. the street underneath is very busy, very loud and the restaurant on the street smells really funny. we had breakfast, but the daily options are really really really limited and quality is poor.

We wouldn't recommend it. The travel agencies will always recommend you this hotel like it is a 5* hotel, but I would say it is maybe a 1/2*. The bedsheets had stains and were dirty everywhere. The bathroom had mold and it fill so dirty I didn't want to use the toilet because it also didn't flush, we had to use the toilet from the reception. The staff is not friendly. The swimming pool was in a very bad condition, we didn't see anyone using the pool. It is next to the main road and its noisy in the evenings. We never complain about a hotel, but I feel like agencies send turist here and we had a big expectations, but it was worst than we could ever think it will be.

4 stars for the location. Otherwise hotel looks nice from outside but rooms are small. Swimming pool water is not clean. There's no gym it's just one equipment is there. Cost wise If we compare the facilities then it's not worth. Hotel restaurant food is quite expensive. They give tea bags, 2 bottles of mineral water and sugar free in the room. No complimentary breakfast.

This hotel is really good in many things, the location is so perfect it's only 5 minutes of walking from Patong beach and 8 minutes from the mall. Everything is around you and the hotel is surrounded by other luxurious hotels, shops and cafe. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a small fitness room which I don't consider as fitness room since it only has two machines only. There is a small swimming pool and you can set or lay down around it. Along that, there is a small restaurant inside the hotel and you may find good food in there. The booked a room on the 3rd floor with a view on the street and it was awesome. Note that there is no left so you will have to use the stairs.
