Awesome staff and concierge is on point, will hook you up with tours and any discounts. Normally not much to mention about hotel food, but they have some great chefs, and from what I have seen a great kitchen staff too. Rooms are amazing. Hope I can come back and have the same experience... if not better. If you want something really different and unique, get the Green Curry Chicken Pizza it's banger.

Beautiful beach resort in Chaweng Noi The grounds are huge and beautifully kept. Large infinity pool, beachfront resort. Full service restaurant and bar. Had a cafe latte B140, worked poolside. Happy hour 5-7pm Buy 1, get 1 cocktails Lunch deal 12-5pm Lumch and soda pop B300 Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

This place was great! I went here for 5 days with my family but here are some things you need to know about this place: 1. Speak broken English. Don’t speak fast or professionally because they won’t really understand that. 2. Rooms are ok. The rooms are ok but there are some things you need to be cautious about. For example the toilets don’t work with toilet paper and the rooms get really hot without AC. 3. Pools has a lot of chlorine in it. I’m not sure if this is totally accurate but when I swam in the pool I could smell the chlorine very well. 4. Beaches have a weird hill going down when going down to the ocean. But I’m sure this isn’t the resorts fault. 5. Bar doesn’t open until 1 o’clock. So you can’t really order drinks until then. So I would always be prepared with water bottles. Anyways besides this you should really book this hotel if you want something luxury while paying for a small price!

Absolutely inappropriate staff behavior. We live near this hotel, had a lunch in the nearest Italian restaurant on the road and wanted just visit Chaweng Noi beach the shortest way possible. It was our first day on Samui. And we just used Google maps route. As everyone knows, all the beaches in Thailand are public, there couldn’t be any private beach. But the staff of this hotel didn’t let us reach the beach through its territory. And told us we can’t use “their”beach 🤦🏻‍♀️ (of course we didn’t want to use any of a hotel facilities, just wanted to visit PUBLIC beach Chaweng Noi). This situation is nonsense! We had to walk 15 minutes on the hottest sun by heavy road just to find other way to reach Chaweng Noi. And surprisingly it was very big beach with a lot of space for everyone, and, of course, it is 100% PUBLIC. We travel around Thailand many months, and this is the first time of such horrible experience. Just avoid this place
