We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb and loved it. The location is excellent, right on the beach with a great pool area which wasn't overcrowded. There was a good variety of food available at breakfast, even the fussy eaters managed to find something everyday. Oh, and the lady cooking eggs and waffles was fantastic! I was surprised at breakfast one morning with a cake for my birthday which was a really nice touch. The villa was cleaned everyday and was spotless. The massages are very well priced and again are right on the beachfront. The main road through Chaweng can become a bit much to tackle every evening, saying that it does provide you with an incredible choice of restaurants and bars and you can't hear the noise from your villa on the resort. Would visit again if we make it back to Samui.

We spend wonderful days in this resort! Staffs are so kind, caring us! Resort is just nearby beach. I felt like I am in a forest which is very clean and nice. Room is a bit old but it feels cozy and romantic. Anyway I am sure I will come back. Thanks for everything!

Stayed a few times.It was a decent hotel. Now - horrible service. Claims to be a good service, but really disgusting ... poor quality. A lot of staff, but the service is just not possible to get. Staff at the reception only smiles, or just pretends not to understand.We are seen as the protection tripled the scandal with the visitor hotel because of the fact that he left his bike near the reception. Petty tyranny 100%

Awful. Arrived at 7pm to look at rooms only to be told not possible to look. Can only see pictures. Even if I effectively paid in cash in full to then cancel in 2 mins if we don’t like was not possible. We pre arranged a 2hr late check out at the Very high price of 500THB pee hour. Then were woken up at 12.00 noon on the dot to be told no late check out room is booked. THERE WERE 25+ free rooms. There were 10 free rooms in the very close vicinity. Very poor running of reception staff. All other staff were lovely and kind and polite. Shame the front desk was bad and unprofessional.

Frankly it's a pity I have to give it even 1 star. Went to the pool, came back to my room to find it stinking of sewage, called reception who came and tried to make out that it was a chemical they had added to the aircon. The aircon wasn't on and no chemical a normal sane person would add to an aircon would smell of sewage. They then started spraying the room with air freshners and oil burners to try and mask the smell. Eventually, after I had insisted upon moving rooms they did find another for me. However the fact that I had to go to such lengths meant that I left the next day anyway. The hotel is actually quite nice other than the design means its gardens are effectively a mosquito farm. It's got a nice pool. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. I can't recommend it after being lied to, that's not the customer service I was expecting and certainly not what I find acceptable. Pity, I had high hopes
