Stayed here twice on my trips to Pattaya. A cozy room with hospitable staff who never fail to please. Receptionists always with a smile on their faces. Housekeeping goes overboard to give you a clean room. A simple hotel located at the centre of the party area. Soi Buakhao, Tree Town just a stones throw away. A pleasant walk through Second road gets you directly to Pattaya beach.

Small Rooms but clean. Friendly and helpful Staff. A lot of Entertainment in walking Distance. Stay there again next time.

Everything was perfect. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Rooms are clean (not perfectly, but good) and comfy. I asked for kettle on the reception. Administrator gave it to me. Everybody kind and friendly. Also they were cleaning my room and changing bedding everyday of staying as I asked so. recommend!

The room was an experience but not a pleasant one. Firstly, it was cheap, the lady at the reception was nice and the hotel was quite close to the beach which was definitely a plus, but thats all good there was. The pictures make the rooms look much better than they actually are, and definitely don't describe the smell and the amount of insects in the bathroom. The walls were dirty and the glass door was stained with paint. Which definitely made me think that this might have been a mistake. Almost no natural sunlight came into the room as the window was looking straight into a different building. I wish I had taken pictures of the room to show it. In general I would advise not to stay here for more than one night.
