Highly recommended stay in Istiklal street. You won't find a better hotel in this price range. I've read the reviews of all the hotels in Istiklal in this price range and all of them can't compare. The hotel is perfectly located, the rooms are extremely clean, they smell good and are super well maintajned. The decor is beautiful and the bed linen is luxurious. It's a immaculte hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning ladies are amazing and they will make sure you have everything you need. The host always offers free turkish coffee. Right in front of the building restaurants, bars, pharmacies, drug stores, shops and everything you might need. I can't think of a better hotel to stay in this location. Perfect for everyone who wants to explore Istanbul and do some shopping but stay in a nice, clean and comfy place. we also own a apartment business and we have high standards for cleanness and room comfort and this hotel exceeds our expectations to the fullest.

Nexthouse Pera is perfectly located just off Istiklal. Being so close to Istiklal means you will hear sounds from the street til 1 or 2am, but it's not overly loud and I had no problem sleeping. If you're easily annoyed by outdoor sounds be aware of that. Being able to pop into the hotel and drop stuff off while walking Istiklal and the closet neighbourhoods was really handy. The guys at the front desk were always available and quick to help answer any questions I had. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. I travelled solo, so the rooms were big enough for me. The washrooms are very clean and the shower is great!

I would highly highly recommend nexthouse pera to everyone. It was such a lovely experience. The hotel is quaint and very nicely maintained. It is centrally located so you can get to any place by foot very easily. Taxis, trams and train are close by. It is close to istiklal street so shops, restaurants, bars, everything you need is easily within reach. The rooms are clean and well equipped. But above all, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank Husnie. He was so helpful from the get go. Always available either by phone or in person. Whether it was to help me get from the airport to the hotel, or helping me plan my way around Istanbul (this being my first trip to Turkey), or just good restaurant suggestions. He went above and beyond. It really set the tone for my holiday in Turkey. And I met some really lovely and friendly people there but Husnie and the staff at nexthouse pera definitely stand out for the extra effort they made. They were a highlight. Thank you so very much. I hope to be back soon :)

Nice boutique hotel in perfect location off Istiklal Caddessi. Exactly like the pictures shows on Hotels. Com. Clean and tastefully decorated. Room has everything you need and is cleaned daily. No breakfast offered but no problem, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. The best part of this hotel was the friendly staff. We felt at home and taken care of. Husnu, the guy at reception was super helpful and always a smile on his face and ready to help. Noisy area, but we new that from a previous visit. The entire Beyoglu and Taksim area is noisy. We definitely recommend Nexthouse Pera Hotel.
