We have tried some of the best 5 stars hotels in Istanbul and all I can say is: Shangri la is hands down the best hotel in Istanbul at all levels. Top notch service, gorgeous decor, breathtaking views, awesome rooms and one of the best breakfast buffets out there. Do not hesitate a second to book. The location is also prime for shopping, a quick drive from all tourist attractions. You get all the perks of being in Istanbul without being trapped in a crowded touristic neighborhood. Every single employee we interacted with was helpful and kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely be back.

This is my first impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, I don't see it as Shangri-La standard in some areas such as the breakfast service at buffet ( Too Restaurant) is very slow and takes 10 to 15 min to get your coffee in addition it seems there is some prioritise for some customers as they get the same tablet on daily basis as it has good view, while the management claims there is no reservations 🤔. In other notes, the hotel is in need of renovation as it's a bit backdated. On the other hand, the hotel offers the most comfortable bed + concierge and room service are doing well for 5* hotel.

The hotel is normal not really wow hotel of 5 stars , it is far from transportation and too much traffic. The room not clean well and pillows smells bad. Breakfast was good with a nice view. Bd carefull of this hotel in case of deposit money they take more than 300 from your card
