My stay at NH Caransa was the most beautiful ever. Celebrating an occasion, the team at NH went above and beyond and catered to all our needs. Special mention for front desk staff - Roji, whose kindness radiated throughout hotel, making it a home away from home. You really made our night so special, thank you so much. Will definitely be returning and would recommend others too! Great area, close to attractions and above all outstanding service from members of staff. ☺️❤️

A bit pricey for such rooms. But great location and awesome staff. Especially Anouk, the waitress at breakfast. She shared her own food with hotel guests while the hotel could not get the supply of the olive oil.

Great location, nice and clean rooms, fantastic service. A decent 4 star hotel. The hotel is ideally located on the Rembrandt square. Rooms overlooking the square may be bit noisy during the night from trams and the party crowd. Vivian was an amazing hostess, always smiling, cheerful and engaging! They gave me an upgrade as a Discovery member which was really thoughtful. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam for leisure or business.

The location is definitely one of the best in Amsterdam, with easy access to restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, etc. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I forgot to ask for invoice during checkout but when I reached to them via email, invoice was send to my email within 1 day. The room itself is definitely the Dutch standard, small but equipped with everything needed, including coffee machine and some snacks. The only problem with this hotel is the noise, my room is on the top floor and is not facing the Main Street but I can still hear some noise until 1AM, but cannot complain further due to its location and this wonderful canal view from my room.

I loved staying at this hotel, it’s close to a tram that takes you to the city central. The room that I got was good, it was clean and the bathroom has standing shower, which i like. Sushma was kind and friendly during my stay and was speedy with the check-in and check-out. She accommodated me to be on the same floor where my brother’s room. Also, Christina was lovely and friendly and kept my room as new. The only issue was the window can’t be opened in my room. Thank you
